Utilizamos "cookies" para brindarte una mejor experiencia y es de gran importancia. Al utilizar nuestro sitio web, debes estar de acuerdo con nuestra política de cookies.

Cookie Policy

Our privacy policy describes how we collect and use information, and what choices you have. One way we collect information is through the use of a technology called “cookies.” This information is used to provide you with a more personalised service so we can continuously improve our products.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small files of numbers and letters that a website saves on your computer or mobile device when you visit the site. It enables the website to remember your actions and preferences (such as login, language, font size and other display preferences) over a period of time, so you don’t have to keep re-entering them whenever you come back to the site or browse from one page to another. When a user returns to the website, their browser sends these files back to the website, allowing personalized content to be shown on the users' screen. We use cookies to enable effective use of our website and provide the best service. Many brands and big websites use cookies to give you the best experience.

Simply, the cookies allow the website to "remember" your actions or preferences over time. Learn more about the cookie technology.

How we use cookies

We use cookies for lots of essential things on OrganicNet, like helping you log in and tailoring your OrganicNet experience or showing you related products you might like. Without cookies, these features and many others would not function.

We use strictly necessary cookies.

These are cookies that are required for the operation of our website. They include, for example, cookies that enable you to log into secure areas of our website.

We use analytical/performance cookies.

They allow us to recognise and count the number of visitors and to see how visitors move around our website when they are using it, and help us improve our website by anonymously tracking which links and features are used most frequently. This helps us to improve the way our website works and this information is used to create anonymous and aggregated statistics which we use to identify problematic and successful areas of our website. These cookies play an important role in continually providing you with an optimised experience on our website.

We use functionality cookies.

These are used to recognise you when you return to our website. This enables us to personalise your experience on our website, and for example, remember your preferences (your choice of language or region).

We use targeting cookies.

These cookies record your visit to our website, the pages you have visited and the links you have followed. We will use this information to make our website and the advertising displayed on it more relevant to your interests. We may also share this information with third parties for this purpose.

What we use cookies for

Here are some specifics on how we use cookies.

Personalization

For example, based on what they click on, your location, or how many times you have bought a certain product, we can recommend new food products or improve the features the users interact the most.

Preferences

We use cookies to remember your settings and preferences, like the language you prefer and your notification settings. These essential cookies allow us to distinguish you from other users on our website and allow you to interact with several features on our website. For example, the following features rely on cookies:

Cookies let you log in and out of OrganicNet.

Security

Cookies are just one way we protect you from security risks. For example, we use them to detect when someone might be trying to hack your account.

Analytics

We use cookies to make OrganicNet better. For example, these cookies tell us how many people use a certain feature and how popular it is, or whether people open an email we send. We also use cookies to understand who sees and interacts with our ads, and who visits our website or purchases the products.

Service providers

Sometimes we hire security vendors or use third-party analytics providers to help us understand how people are using OrganicNet. Just like we do, these providers may use cookies.

Where we use cookies

We use cookies on our website - www.organicnet.co and in our products and services (like ads and emails).

Your options

There are a few ways you can choose how cookies are used on OrganicNet:

Your browser probably gives you cookie choices. For example, most browsers let you block “third-party cookies,” which are cookies from sites other than the one you’re visiting. Those options vary from browser to browser, so check your browser settings for more info.

Some browsers also have a privacy setting called Do Not Track. This setting is another way for you to decide whether we use info from our partners and other services to customize OrganicNet for you.

Third-party cookies

Third-party cookies are set by an organisation that does not own the site that the user is visiting. These are normally cookies set by specialist marketing or analytics organisations. We sometimes use third-party advertising services to promote our own products and services. When you visit an OrganicNet property, those services may collect your mobile ad identifier, or set and read cookies and other information on your browser to measure the effectiveness of our ad campaigns. We may also use that information to target ads to you using those services.

For transferring any other kind of personal data, e.g. transferring your registration information to a third-party social site or to the Internet services such as Facebook or Twitter, your consent is required. Learn more about third-party cookies.

These cookies are not used for any purpose other than those described here.

Google

We use various products and features provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google").

For reasons of transparency please note that we use the Google Tag Manager. The Google Tag Manager itself does not collect personal data. It facilitates the integration and management of our tags. Tags are small code elements which serve to measure traffic and visitor behaviour, to detect the impact of online advertising or to test and optimize our websites. For further information visit Google Tag Manager Policy page

This website uses the analytics service Google Analytics. Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.

We draw your attention to the fact that Google Analytics is supplemented by the code "gat._anonymizeIp();" on this website to guarantee the anonymised collection of IP addresses (so called IP-masking).

In case of activation of the IP anonymization, Google will truncate/anonymize the last octet of the IP address for Member States of the European Union as well as for other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases, the full IP address is sent to and shortened by Google servers in the USA. On behalf of the website provider Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website provider. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser. However, please note that if you do this, you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. Furthermore you can prevent Google's collection and use of data (cookies and IP address) by downloading and installing the browser plug-in.

You can refuse the use of Google Analytics by clicking on the following link. An opt-out cookie will be set on the computer, which prevents the future collection of your data when visiting this website:

More information from Google Analytics: Terms and Privacy.

Please note that on this website, Google Analytics code is supplemented by "anonymizeIp" to ensure an anonymized collection of IP addresses (so called IP-masking).

We use Google Dynamic Remarketing to advertise OrganicNet across the Internet, in particular on the Google Display Network. Dynamic remarketing will display ads to you based on what parts of our websites you have viewed by placing a cookie on your web browser. This cookie does not in any way identify you or give access to your computer or mobile device. The cookie is used to indicate to other websites that "This user visited a particular page, so show them ads relating to that page." Google Dynamic Remarketing allows us to tailor our marketing to better suit your needs and only display ads that are relevant to you.

If you do not wish to see ads from OrganicNet, you can opt out of Google's use of cookies by visiting Google's Ads Settings.

Facebook

We also use retargeting tags and Custom Audience provided by the company Facebook Inc. (1601 S. California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304 USA, "Facebook").

In the context of interest-based online advertising, we use the product Facebook Custom Audiences. For this purpose, a non-reversible and non-personal checksum (hash value) is generated from your usage data. That hash value can be transmitted to Facebook for analysis and marketing purposes. The collected Information contain your activities on the website of OrganicNet. (e.g. browsing behavior, visited subpages, etc.). Your IP address is transmitted as well and used for geographical controlling of advertising. The data collected is only transmitted encrypted to Facebook and is anonymous to us that means the personal data of individual users are not visible to us.

For more information about the privacy policy of Facebook and Custom Audience, please check their Privacy Policy and information about the Custom Audience.

If you do not want data acquisition via Custom Audience, you can disable Custom Audience here.

When you visit our websites with the help of remarketing tags, a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server is established. Facebook gets the information that you have visited our website with your IP address. This allows Facebook to assign your visit to our website to your user account. The information thus obtained we can use for the display of Facebook Ads. We point out that we as provider of the website have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data and the use of it by Facebook.

This tool allows us to follow the actions of users after they are redirected to a provider's website by clicking on a Facebook advertisement. We are thus able to record the efficacy of Facebook advertisements for statistical and market research purposes. The collected data remain anonymous. This means that we cannot see the personal data of any individual user. However, the collected data are saved and processed by Facebook. Facebook is able to connect the data with your Facebook account and use the data for their own advertising purposes, in accordance with Facebook's privacy policy.

Facebook Conversion Tracking also allows Facebook and its partners to show you advertisements on and outside Facebook. In addition, a cookie will be saved onto your computer for these purposes. Please click here if you would like to revoke your permission.

We use Mandrill to send email notifications about new orders, comments, discussion, password change, and other similar automated emails.
