Your profile is like your own website. After you sign up, tell us your story by describing your farm and produce.
Part of your profile is your stand where all your products will be stored. Add products, fill out a description, upload photos, pick prices and delivery options. If you own a certificate, upload it and you’ll get a special badge that will prove your customers that your produce is certified organic. You can add unlimited number of products.
Your products will be available to a large number of organic food lovers on OrganicNet market. After a buyer orders your products, you will be notified that you have received a new order with details about product quantity and delivery time that suits the buyer the most.
You can accept, decline (if the ordered products are currently unavailable) or suggest a change to an order (ex. another quantity or delivery time).
Buyer will receive your response, and if you suggested a change, they will also have the possibility to accept, decline or suggest another change to your offer. Similar to negotitation on the real market, isn’t it? :)
After the order is accepted, prepare your products for delivery. If you agreed with a buyer that you will deliver ordered products to their home address, organize a delivery. If however you agreed that a buyer would pick up the products at your farm, respect the meeting time. Buyer pays for ordered products directly to you upon delivery or picking up.
24 hours after a buyer gets ordered products, you will both have the possibility to rate each other. OrganicNet is based on trust and reputation. We only accept the reviews from users who have successfully completed an order. We feel that this is the fairest way for both producers and buyers to earn their rating and for others to make informed choices when choosing from whom to buy and to whom to sell.
