How do buyers rate the cooperation with the producers?
OrganicNet team sends an email to the buyers 24 hours after the product is delivered to ask them to rate order and leave a review.
Once they click on the button ADD REVIEW, they will be directed to a new page where they can review the seller using marks from 1 to 5 and rate the following:
- Value for the money
- Quality of food
- Communication with seller
They can also leave a comment and answer the question: How was your experience?
When the buyer leaves a review and click on the button SUBMIT, new marks and reviews are added and can be seen in the section REVIEWS on the seller’s profile. Every mark counts and influence on the user’s ratings, all marks are combined and the average ratings are shown on the seller’s profile.
OrganicNet only accepts reviews from buyers who have successfully completed the process of ordering (when the order has a status ACCEPTED) because we believe this is the most respectable way for producers to get ratings and feedback from buyers, and, based on those reviews, for buyers to decide with whom they would want to cooperate.
Thus, producers who do business in a professional way will have good reviews and will build their reputation.
Reviewing isn’t mandatory, yet highly recommended as the buyers can browse the market by the seller’s average ratings.
