How can I respond to an order?
Your order is accepted when it has the status ACCEPTED.
How can I respond when the seller suggests a change?
In case the seller suggests changes, you will receive a message on your email and a notification where you can see what changes are suggested. You can click on the button RESPOND directly from the message you receive on your email.
Or you can click on the button Waiting for response in the section Orders.
When you suggest changes, click on the button Submit order and wait for the seller to respond. In case you don’t want to make new changes or the proposed changes don’t suit you, click on CANCEL. The seller will be notified that the order is declined.
Where can I see my ordered products?
The list of all your products and the status of each order you can see in the section Orders.
Is the delivery price included?
The products you order on OrganicNet marketplace are paid upon delivery. You can pay directly to the seller or the courier service depending on the options the seller offered.
If you want to have the products delivered to your home address, you can agree directly with the seller about the delivery price.
